Here is the world's most expensive bike, called the Butterfly Trek Madone, designed by one of the world's foremost iconoclasts, British Artist Damien Hirst! The bicycle was made from the real butterfly wings! It has a gorgeous array of real butterflies from the frame down to the Bontrager rims, which also bear a repeating pattern of the willowy creatures. Designer, Hirst took good care of a bicycle colors that can be easily read at nearly any distance or speed.

Are you wondering why designer wanted to use real butterfly wings? He said he wanted that bicycle shimmer when the light catches it, like only real butterflies do! And the other reason is not to add any extra weight to the bike. Mr. Hirst did a great job, because Lance Armstrong was his inspiration! He said he was tying to make something crazy about transportation and something which will be close enough to Lance crazy rides. Lance is, after all, the greatest sportsman in the world, said Mr.Hirst.
